Job Description
We’re looking for a results-driven, highly motivated and well-spoken Sales Manager to actively seek out and engage with our customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every school in order to boost top-line revenue growth, school acquisition and engagement levels, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Present, promote, and sell BE English blended solutions using solid arguments to existing and prospective schools, winning key stakeholders not limited to the school principals and teachers
Build and Maintain a healthy database of schools, and learners
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Set exemplary standards in meeting sales ensuring that high standards are met in delivery and service for BE school solutions
Support sales & marketing initiatives for the assigned locations as and when required
Reach out and Product Presentation to schools through visits, reach out through professional networking, cold-calling, and customer relationship management techniques
Gain expertise in the School Onboarding and training process.
Coordinate and Manage the School Onboarding operation
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
