A. Job Summary:
Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with schools, educational institutions, and distributors within the assigned territory. They will drive sales, promote Burlington products, and ensure strong market penetration. Overseeing sales operations across the assigned region.

B. Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales revenue growth by developing and executing sales plans as per the assigned target.
  • Identify and develop partnerships with educational institutions and large school chains.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product management, for localized strategies.
  • Ensure timely collections and adherence to financial targets.
  • Identify and approach potential schools and distributors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (principals, school owners, coordinators, teachers, etc.).
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for educators.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.
  • Gather market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to enhance sales.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure timely collections and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, up to date CRM and visit reports.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned within the capabilities expected for this position.
